Remove from oven and cool on a wire rack.
When completely cooled, wrap in plastic wrap.
(Shaking the pan from side-to-side will help loosen the loaf.)
The loaves will get moister the longer they set,
in fact, it is best to let the loaves “age” for a day or two.
